We have fed back our recommendations with the shower leak and are awaiting authorisation to proceed with repairs. We will of course address your comments about the door being left open and movement of personal items. Our operatives will only move items where absolutely necessary to complete works and it may have been necessary to leave the items away from the area in order to achieve the optimum finish on the job.
