Thanks so much for getting in touch and taking the time to leave us this feedback. Fistly, I sincerely apologise for any confusion surrounding this item you have purchased. I have checked the order and also the website. The order shows that you did indeed order Sand. However, the website does say Cream and then when you click in to order, the product code says Sand. I have checked with the warehouse, and there is only 1 colour we do this in, and its the Sand. There isnt a Cream and a Sand so you havent received the wrong product. This is the correct item that you ordered. The picture you see is the Sand, we have just grouped the colour swatches together and names it 'Creams'. I understand this can be confusing, so I will get this amended on the website. Thanks again, we really do appreciate all feedback.
