Thank you for you feedback. I have asked for the length of time it took to get agreements in place to be investigated. Whilst some creditors do take time to respond and we do have to negotiate actively with them this does sound rather unusual. Have you tried our new Gregory Pennington Online service? The intention is that, before too long you will be able to use GP Online to opt out of paper statements. IW Ian Williams Gregory Pennington
