Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. Just so you know, we are open on a Saturday from 9am to 12:45pm and able to take your calls during these hours. We have also introduced GP online, an online portal that allows you to monitor details of your plan, keep on top of its progress and review your personal information, as well as much more, which you may find convenient outside of opening hours. We hope to have an update for you soon. I have spoken to the team and asked that they contact you to give you an update.
