Helpful staff.
I had to ring as I had a question to ask about an order and I was dealt with easily. Very helpful and my parcel was delivered very promptly. Good service.

Lack of communication.
On this occasion the delivery was exceptionally slow with no updates given. Not sure the move from DPD was the best decision.

Nothing to dislike ……
Delivered within time frame, even allowing for the Easter long weekend. My horse loves the Original Balancer and at 26 and still in work he is doing fine. I will continue to use it.
