Sometime first class and business class fall into the same category and class of service based on availability.
I will strive to figure out how we can make the process simple and easy to use in the future.
The prices change and when I booked, I was called and told to get on another flight because it had been overbooked.

It is common that flights can become overbooked while the reservation is being booked. In this particular case the United Airlines flight had no more available seats.
At that point in time, we are able to provide you alternative flight options. We hope you understand and will consider booking with us again in the future.
