I had to call them by phone 4 times just to receive my confirmation number and e-ticket number.

Language problem tends to be a difficult thing to overcome and in the way a person articulate their problem is important. Our agency are quite knowledgeable about day to day airline issues. In the problem regarding the last name, the agent had clearly mention that there would be a fine or penalty for name change through the airline.
