Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear about the wait for delivery. Unfortunately at the time of purchase the items were listed as pre-order with an ETA provided and this can sometimes be slightly delayed. We do dispatch pre-orders as soon as the stock arrives in our warehouse and sincerely thank you for your patience!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We try to keep as much stock on hand as possible however unfortunately some products do encounter delays. In regards to delivery if you will be away for a certain period of time and there is a risk delivery will occur within this period, advising us will mean that before dispatch we can make a note in the order to ensure the courier holds off on delivery until this time has passed and you have returned. I noticed that in the order there was a delivery instruction giving the driver authority to leave the items at the Front Door if no one was home and this would explain why the courier did so. If in future you would prefer to have the parcel taken back to a depot and receive a notification for pick up this can be left as your delivery instruction. Just keep in mind there are a select few depots and the closest one available may require you to drive a distance.
