Due to the poor Courier Service it took 7 days to arrive and we had an electrician waiting (Cost Of $150.00)

We do strive to dispatch and have orders delivered as quickly as possible however, on the rare occasion there may be a slight delay. This is why we usually suggest to our customers to book an electrician after the order has been received. We hope you are happy with the fans once they have been installed.
Representative I dealt with 'Helen', was brilliant, attentive, negotiable, sympathetic and and provided overall fantastic sales, consultative and customer experience.

Fans were delivered very promptly. Unfortunately, the courier damaged one of the fans in transit. Good thing was Fansonline replaced that damaged parts without question and quickly. Excellent service.
