Your order was placed as a pre-order item, with an estimated arrival of early June clearly indicated on both the product listing and your order confirmation email. Once stock arrived, your order was dispatched on 9 June and delivered on 12 June. We can see that two enquiries were submitted through our system, and automated updates were sent in both cases. As we did not receive a follow-up response, the tickets were automatically closed, as this usually indicates the information provided was helpful. However, we understand this may not have fully resolved your concern and apologise for any frustration caused. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry we did not meet expectations on this occasion, however are happy you are now in receipt of your order and within the initial ETA timeframe advertised for that pre-order 😊.
