TERRIBLE. EVERYTIME I USE YOU SITE THESE DAYS WHEN I HAVE TO RE-LOGIN OTO GET THE POINTS YOU SWITCH TO *CHINESE*. AND THEN THE EMAILS COME IN IN CHINESE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE....
