This was the most horrific experience ever! Car rental was a joke and with the refund of the rental… plus charging us more to rebook everything and with the refund, not being posted to our account...

Quick and easy.
Extremely easy to find a hotel near where you want to be!!! I have never had a problem making a reservation, or canceling one. Expedia is my go to gor vacation planning.

Was charged $250 Extra for Pet Fee at the Hotel
Nothing special. There were events at the hotel, many people not a lot of staff at the desk.
