Initial trip purchase was great on the site. Connecting to the car and flights was a bit more tedious and may not be a reflection of the service provided by Expedia
The website is easy to navigate, provides clear options and gives comprehensive coverage of the lodging options. Well designed to give one confidence that the final selection will be satisfactory.

Mobile issues
Sometimes it doesn't work very well on the mobile app (the dates go back to the default dates when booking flights sometimes) but otherwise it is pretty good.

Disappointing
Difficult to resolve problem. Trying to talk to motel was terrible. They kept saying Expedia had to deal with it. Yet the Expedia rep told me to have them cancel the wrong date. They would not.
