Both flights were cancelled by the airlines, so using Expedia did nothing for us, except cost us a $2.50 service fee.

Quick,made it easy to spend money.
Nice to be able to see ratings of hotels and being able to filter selections based on that. Some hotels were far overrated (ex Augusta Hotel in Bernkastel, Germany). We ran into many problems...
Great! Fast easy and friendly! Reasonable prices as well.
