Service was mostly great I was told a $200 deposit was charged $250 was told it would be returned the day I dropped the car off and it’s been over 3 weeks and I still don’t have it back.

Easy to use
Easy to find availability, book and pay for a room. Provides information about room/hotel and amenities, as well as ratings and reviews, plus the total after all taxes and fees, so I knew the full...
I want to be able to add the name of a guest to check in before I do. Not unusual at all. Expedia needs to add a method to do that.

Customer service great, ease to use website so-so
Price changes so rapidly, after all missing blanks filled in, ready to check out, computer says price no longer available, which became so much higher.

Nice website but needs to be more precise regarding payment conditions
The website is clear and friendly. However, it says that I can pay later at the hotel. While I found out that I was charged by one day price before arriving.
