Hello Marie, Thanks so much for your detailed review. Obviously we aren't happy with a 3-star review but we appreciate you didn't have the best experience with us. We did have delays late last year, and we're genuinely sorry about that. We've really bulked up our team and limited the number of new clients we accept in 2020 so we can keep our service level high. There are different checkpoints that your tax returns need to pass through as part of our quality assurance. I appreciate there were a number of email exchanges throughout the process; requests for information but it’s because each level is handled by different IRS licensed tax preparers. It's not uncommon to receive additional questions/clarifications from each stage of the process. We prepare returns by hand, we don't use automated software, so it certainly does take us longer, but it's the only way to get a high-quality tax return. The final sign-off is the most critical stage and senior tax specialists handling this stage are meticulous because they know that the accuracy of a tax return is critical in order to avoid a notice from the IRS, and in the event of an audit, we want to present a very detailed tax return. Our current audit rate is 1 in 8,000. In terms of additional fees, they are issued as early as we can. Unfortunately, State tax returns aren't included with Federal fees. We sincerely apologize that the process took longer than expected. We hope you give us another try next year and have a much better experience. Thanks Clark
