We’re really sorry for the frustration caused by the delayed final box of your delivery — we understand how disappointing that must have been, especially when you’re eager to get everything set up. As soon as the courier made us aware that one box had been misrouted, we proactively stepped in to investigate and resolve the issue, even though we hadn’t been contacted directly at that point. Unfortunately, palletised and multi-box deliveries can occasionally be split within a courier’s network, which is what happened here. We appreciate that this caused inconvenience and disappointment, and we do apologise for the disruption. Customer experience is very important to us, and we always work to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible once identified.
