Had been worried by the lack of contact from Eversure, however have been reassured by them that everything is now online. Would be good to have a confirmation of payment / "you are now insured" email or something - Eversure use sage pay and had nothing from them. Perhaps this is something that can be looked into.

Thank you for your original feedback and updating this, which we fully appreciate. After our email and discussion, I confirmed with Sage Pay that they do not send out a receipt. I have produced a manual Sage Pay receipt for you and sent this to you. As discussed, the Policy Certificate, Schedule of Insured Items, Policy Wording, Policy Summary and our Terms of Business were made immediately available on our website as .pdf documents for you to download and print as soon as you made payment. We cannot issue you with a certificate until payment is received; this therefore is in effect your ‘receipt’. But, we understand your concerns. We are always available during normal office hours on 01483 347333 or may be contacted by email at customer.service@eversure.com should you or any of our customers ever have any concerns or queries at any time. Have not needed to make an insurance claim with this company so can not comment on that, but the insurance product, pricing, and purchasing experience was more than satisfactory.
