Thank you for your kind feedback. We have received similar feedback previously and we explained that “we have positioned our excess amounts to reflect our claims experience and to keep our premiums as low as possible. If we were to reduce the excess amounts, the chances are we would then need to increase our premiums”. When we carry out our next review we will consider whether we can make any changes to our excess amounts. Many thanks Ian Pollicott Eversure Insurance

Thank you for your Excellent feedback. We’re really glad that we could help and assure you that you and up to 3 other people may independently hire if; you are named on the policy schedule, as long as only 1 car is hired at a time and everyone lives at the same address. Many thanks for your feedback. The total excess amount we cover is dependent upon whether you have purchased the ‘UK and Europe’ or the ‘UK and Worldwide’ extension. This is primarily due to the higher Excesses that may be encountered outside Europe. We describe our Excess amount as ‘Up to’ in order to keep our summary information brief and as an overview of our Policy. Both the detailed cover information and Policy Wording provide information about the cover levels for 'UK and Europe' and 'UK and Worldwide'. That said, we appreciate your comments and to make this clearer, we will add the cover amounts to our quotation page. Many thanks Ian Pollicott Eversure Insurance

Both our ‘How to Claim’ link on our website and the Policy Wording state that you may need ‘itemised repair invoices/receipts/other documents’.
