Very good, professional service thus far
Explained everything, very polite and clear at all times. Also explained how things would proceed and the probable time frame for resolution. Agreed to keep in touch, which they have done.

After writing to us the first time, they kept in contact with regular updates and if we contacted them they were always very helpful, patient, explanative and courteous.

Polite and easy to speak with
They contacted me by letter, at first I wasn't sure if was above board so looked on like then called snd spoke with Tom, he was very easy to speak with and explained everything and would always reply...
