It was a pleasure to have been able to help you. As you say, it was an unusual and difficult set of circumstances, which provided me with a challenge. However, persistence did pay off and we finally managed to get a lender to work with us, to obtain the Lifetime Mortgage you required. I wish you well for the future and if I can be of any help again, either for you or your friends, please do let me know.
