It was a pleasure to be able to help with the remortgage which has allowed you to stay indefinitely in your lovely home. Whilst remortgaging you also wanted to sort out your wills and funeral plans as this was something that you had been meaning to do for a long time, and so it was comforting for you that your finances are now all in order. Additional funds were also used to update your property as having made the decision to stay in your home you wanted to make it as comfortable as possible.”Regards, Stuart Farrar - CeMAP CeRER
