Very Pleased with everything
Professional and efficient service from Simon, nothing was too much trouble, he kept me informed all the way through the whole process concluding with a very good deal.
Options clearly and fully explained. Clear instructions on what was to happen. A seamless experience. BUT the valuations put on properties were not representative of the actual market value.

Thank you Vivien for your feedback, I’m glad I was able to help. Appreciate the valuation was a little lower than hoped, but pleased we still managed to sort everything for you. I’m here if you ever need anything in the future.
Best wishes - Sam Wickham

Best wishes in the future - Michael Filewood.
