Electric manias service was faultless, the product is really brilliant should have bought it sooner but the only let down was the delivery driver left the box outside my door in the rain and left .

Good price with prompt delivery. When comparing the hoover brush with a genuine Henry hoover part it was a much inferior item but hopefully will suffice.

I didn't receive the item, then I received a refund, there were no communications from them at all.
