Kohler has an excellent local reputation and lived up to that with the exception of a delay on the install. The sales representative with worked with (Tom Garrity) was both courteous and informative.

Initially it had some defective LED strips and an electric wire that had the wires pulled apart inside the insulation requiring replacement. After two service trips it was fixed.

The entire process of getting info, selecting and installing was great. I love how the awning looks and we are definitely enjoying it (if only the rain would back off a bit and we could sit out...

Perfect working with Pike from beginning to end! We love the awning and it helps so much....we are not suffering this summer:) Plus it is so cute!!

The owner, Zak, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us quality awnings (2) at an excellent price. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an awning.
