Very good product. Have utilized the shade in both summer and winter condit
Staff had to be directed in installing the chain. Appeared to be reluctant to properly fit chain to window. It continues to have a little too much slack.

Very pleased with the quality of this product. It operates easily (manual) and withstands relatively strong winds (if I neglect to roll in back).
Awning works great and gives us the shading we wanted.
