We tried to call you in regards to your application. It has been marked as incomplete as the details you entered e.g. your DOB, full legal name or tax file number do not match with what the ATO has on their system. It is crucial that you contact their office on 13 28 61 and verify these details first.

Once you do so, our team will be happy to update any changes that are required on our end and submit your application again for no extra charge.
