Could do better
Background noise was very bad and several times people had to be muted.
Took four days to get notification of pass and only after two phone calls to chase this up.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. On speaking with the training centre who delivered the virtual course we can only apologise that some students had background noise which was sometimes disruptive. The trainer wanted to ensure the other students, such as yourself, weren't affected by this and therefore had to use the mute function to ensure the distraction was kept to a minimum. We always work hard to make sure pass notifications are issued as soon as possible however, when training finishes late on a Friday we are not always issued with the verification prior to the weekend and it is then emailed on the next working day. We are glad that you successfully passed the course and hope to be of assistance again in the future.
