We acknowledge the technical issues you encountered during the training session, and understand these can be quite frustrating. We rely on delegates to reach out to us for assistance when such issues arise so they can be dealt with immediately. Our detailed joining instructions, which were emailed before the commencement of the course, ask delegates to perform a zoom test allowing for any issues to be resolved prior to the training.
