Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. As a booking facililty of training courses we rely on each of our accredited training partners to keep their course availability current. Should courses be cancelled or full then this will be reflected via our website and customers are no longer able to book these. From time to time courses will be cancelled if they do not reach the required delegate numbers stipulated by awarding bodies. In this instance we will always offer alternative date/location for our clients to choose from and should none of these be suitable a full refund will be provided.
