My experience this time was very positive. However I booked training for an employee in January and still haven't received their certification. When I email to chase I have no response

Thank you for providing feedback on our service. For all course bookings, joining instructions are sent 7 to 10 days before the start date to ensure our delegates have the required information, including full venue address, start time, and any specific details that relate to the course.
At the time of writing your review, the course start date was outside of this timeframe. We are always happy to provide information earlier if requested.
