I can confirm the the order was sent on Tuesday so should be with you anytime. To keep the carriage costs down on low weight items we send this 2nd class royal mail which does take a bit longer. We have now introduced a next working day service if the product is ordered before 12pm. In the menatime please let me know if the order does not arrive in the next couple of days and we will get another sent out to you. Kind Regards fraser towelsrus.co.uk
