I'm very surprised to hear about this and apologise for the inconvenience, our office is open from 9-5pm. I would always recommend that you contact us by phone or email to ensure your order is placed and raised and as you are only a few doors away, will guarantee same day delivery. We are sometimes working in the back office and don't always hear if anyone is at the front door. I will ensure you receive your bottle of water first thing in the morning now I'm aware of this. regards Nigel
