Easy and clear process to buy the policy

I called with a query and to save me waiting on hold, was offered a call back. Someone called me back the same day and helped instantly.

Straight forward to use.

It was easy to telephone and find someone to talk to, so my questions were answered. Taking out insurance is never straightforward but with a helpful advisor this time it was no problem.
