Hi, we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the delivery of your order. Please allow us to explain what happened. Our couriers advised of a delay to the delivery due to a major accident near the delivery depot, which then put a backlog on the delivery depot, allowing them to get orders out. We advised ourselves of the delay and continued to chase the couriers for an expected delivery date. We do apologise for the delay in the delivery, but unfortunately, the accident did affect the delivery.
