I received the exact same products as the last month. So disappointing. I have contacted customer service thrice to cancel the subscription but I am unable to cancel it.

Horrible service! First "trial" order was all open and product everywhere. They replaced it but after that experience the product didn't work well with hubby so I asked for them to cancel my sub....
