I am sorry about the postage costs, we do not charge the full cost. If you order between 20 and 30kgs its only £3.
For the Cobber flour the amount of water is impotnat and may need more.

This flour has a lot of grains in which can cause it to slip when mixing. A little more water should do the trick.
