Contact made by phone and email and staff very knowledgeable and helpful. All documentation easy to read and understand. Staff helped with additional requests.
The team was excellent for the time they took my booking up to the departure date, every time I contacted they were very helpful and attended any question/problem I had.
I will definitely recommend...
Although the UK office very very good and helpful, the holiday did not live up to our expectations.

We did indeed post feedback on tripadvisor forum and distant journeys phoned to thank us and ask if they could use our comments on their site. We agreed.
Excellent efficient office staff. Received our documents and noticed the DOB on the ETA Visa was wrong. Phoned them up and a brand new one arrived in the post the next morning. Couldn't ask for...
