Helpful Introduction

it was very helpful to have a initial phone call at the start of my course in helping me to ensure i understood everything and knew what to do and where to get support if i needed it.

Helpful but slow delivery of materials

Helpful so far. Understand delay in sending materials, would be better to let you have timeline for delivery to help with study plan
