Considerate and consistent.

It was ok, but premium is not competitive, so not worth switching.

I applied for vehicle insurance and asked for more details about the policy offer so I could compare it to my current cover with Momentum. Unfortunately, the service has been extremely disappointing....

Very good except that the agent spoke very fast reading through his paper work and I had to stop him a few times to query what he was saying.

Absolutely terrible. Will be canceling service. Cannot update bank details
