Online service went well but was not given the option to choose my seat and therefore my baggage allowance. Had to pay additionally on the EasyJet website to book my seats.

I will most definitely go to direct flight first when I do my next holiday
I found it easy to do the website was easy to operate …… which makes a huge difference
Making the card payment difficult and took three attempts and using a different card.

Dear Mrs Davison, Many thanks for your feedback. The banks and card issuers have introduced some more stringent security measures and this could be the reason that your cards failed. I would urge you to get in touch with them to find out why this was. Best regards Sara Customer Service Team.
