I still have not received the items despite being emailed that they would arrive last week

Hi Sara, we are so sorry for the delay on receiving your goods. We started using a new courier recently and sadly they have not given us the best of services.
We are looking into alternative couriers to avoid such things happening again. You have been ordering from us for quite some time now and we do hope you continue and we can carry on delivering per pervious orders without any issues.

Hard drive box is a high quality product at a reasonable price - better than some of the disk manufacturer's original boxes. No need to look elsewhere.
