Hi Ranno, This is a bespoke item programmed speciifically for your car. Our terms of sale clearly state that we can ask customers for photos of installation when issues are reported as the majority of issues can be resolved this way. In fact you agreed to send photos to us that we checked to confirm that installation was correct: the next stage was to offer support on the use of the box as again we have had customers who have switched the box off. I’m sure that initially you had actually switched the module off: Again you complied with this for us and followed our advice. Once this procedure was concluded and we accertained that the possible issue is/was with the item we issued our returns number as per our terms of sale. We are yet to open and check your return, but again this is covered in our terms of sale that any returns/refunds will be within 14 days. This covers us for busy periods and at times of staff holidays. So I’m sorry you feel to negative about your experience, but as you happily followed our procedure and tour unhappiness to do so was never mentioned
