The customer service lady who I spoke to in my welcome call was lovely.
After falling into financial struggle and contacting DFH, they have accommodated my needs and as a disabled lady, have supported me and take the financial burden off of me
They have been so helpful and understanding of my situation and made me feel like my money problems aren't an issue. They have helped me put my mind at ease knowing all my debts are being sorted. :)

Very friendly and Professional. They put your mind at rest.
