David we are very sorry for the delay and that your expectation about call backs was not managed properly if this is the case. We will ask for the relevant teams to look into it and apologise for the experience. It is the case that we have to liaise via the supplier and this can take longer than usual as we cannot deal direct to the hotel for contractual reasons.

First time
