Absolutely terrible CS! If I could give them -1 I would. Very unwilling and certainly did not care once they got out money! Clicked a wrong button and they wouldn’t even entertain trying to help!...

This review is entirely inaccurate about our customer service not being willing to help. They have emailed and made calls to assist you following your error and have presented the options. Unfortunately you seem to feel the service is poor because of the outcome which is beyond our control.

Your attitude from the first phone call was very incorporative and hardly had the customer needs at heart! You said there were no rooms available and there clearly were as we had it in front of our eyes on your website. Past from pillar to post and you dragged it out until there were no longer any rooms available. Even the hotel directly were willing to change the booking and only needed correspondence from you. Of which you were unwilling to help.
Your solution was to offer us what we had already booked. Hardly ‘options’ of a solution. You could have helped but didn’t!

James since you ticked to accept our website terms of use and the booking terms and conditions, we would expect that you saw that all descriptions and content on the Website or otherwise issued by us is done so on behalf of the supplier(s) in question and are intended to present a general idea. When customers book without an agents help, and do not make specific enquiry before hand, we can only presume that they have researched themselves to establish if the arrangements and any independent reviews of such meet personal requirements.

I am referring this to Trading Standards and pursuing a refund section 75 of the C/C consumer rights .
I’ve a lodged a complaint to your customer services .
I have photos proving my complaint ,whether I ticked your acceptance box or not . I did not get what I paid for .

Great prices lots of choice.
The website is easy to use and gives you lots of choice with plenty of information about the location and hotel. Also this is one of the few sites that let you select which airline class you want. ...

Great service from Sarah!
Booked through Sarah who was very friendly and helpful trying to find us the best option at our desired hotel. Will definitely use Destination 2 again in the future!
