Dont hire customer service agents who don’t like to help. False sale as wel
Don’t sell what’s not available and have customer service agents who don’t Care. It’s as if I was bothering them. No reply to my emails and still no reply till now.

Great service but unhappy with admin charge on deposit payment
Excellent service from booking agent but disappointed there was an admin charge for paying online when over the phone service failed. Felt like a charge for using credit card!
