So far the service and the price have been excellent. I will review again when I am a day away from going on the holiday I have booked

Excellent service
Finn helped create our multi centre holiday, which involved several flights and three different countries. We made quite a few changes and finally got the perfect result. Would definitely recommend...
Excellent company, high quality holidays at unbelievably discounted prices
Good choice of quality holiday with amazing deals. Staff very helpful and always respond to any queries. Booked with Destination2 several times and will defiantly be booking again in the future.

Disappointing customer service and avoid Nakitta
4th time booking with destinations so to me that’s classed as a good customer , this time feel the service sent been helpful at all , and adding a flight to my hotel within less than a 10 hour period...

We regret you feel that you have received disappointing customer service since our investigation does not reflect this. It is correct that we have no cooling off period and as you initially booked online on our website you did tick to accept the terms and conditions of booking which are clear about how the process operates. To clarify whilst our booking system relies on live feeds from our suppliers, brokers and airlines we are unfortunately not in control of momentary price changes, fluctuations or changes in availability provided by the same and the vast majority of bookings will be confirmed that then means there may be charges to change. You were given prices for the flights based upon live availability and we are sorry you will decide not to use our services again for the reasons mentioned. We value all of our customers and strive to achieve a high standard of customer service alongside offering the best prices.
