No reply to 2 emails. After a fortnight I gave up waiting for a response and called. The person I spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. Worst service I've received in ages.

We appear not to have received any emails or calls to our admin team who handle the after sales issues. If the reviewer would please email our customer relations department with proof of the email and a note of our staff with whom he spoke, the matter will be investigated and resolved. We sincerely apologise for any lapse in our service.

1st booking with Destination2 and from currently received excellent service
I have just booked my summer holiday with Destination 2 and so far the service has been excellent! The consultant who contacted me to confirm the booking has got everything organised.
