Excellent customer service, very friendly whilst professional. Unlike other companies when they say they will call you back they do it which saves you hanging on the phone too long.
The in-depth info Claire gave me was superb and nothing was too much trouble, a real credit to her company.

Excellent service.
Outstanding customer service. The staff are courteous, very helpful, knowledgeable and considering the amount of questions that they have to deal with they are very patient indeed.
Cannot fault Desitnation2 so far. Got a cracking deal on the hotel, immediate confirmation and best of all flexibility to pay a deposit or in full. Highly recommend.
Having never been to Dubai i called looking for advice on what hotel to stay in
